Based in Surrey, Novacom is searching for a Project Manager seasoned in commercial construction. Oversee Tenant Improvement projects valued between $2M and $10M, ensuring quality and efficiency. This position requires strong organizational skills and financial acumen to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage contracts, insurance, and WCB notices accurately
• Handle change orders and monitor financial health
• Resolve subtrade issues and facilitate communication
• Work in tandem with Site Superintendents for project delivery
