Job Description

Dawn InfoTek Inc. is on the lookout for an Experienced Financial Administrator to streamline our accounting functions and improve financial management processes. Proficiency in QuickBooks is critical.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Bookkeeping or Accounting experience, emphasizing accuracy in tracking financial transactions and preparing payroll and vendor payments. You will also be responsible for maintaining organized vendor documentation and conducting reconciliations monthly. With a strong background in finance, you should apply your advanced MS Excel skills to handle various financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Monitor and manage accounting payables and receivables
