Job Description

Job Summary:

Whistler Blackcomb Millwrights install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot lift equipment, industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.

Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $23.00/hr - $28.96/hr

  • Employment Type: Year Round

  • Shift Type: Full Time hours available

  • Housing Availability: Yes

    • Job Responsibilities:

  • Read diagrams, schematic drawings and manufactures manuals to determine work procedures.

  • Operate lift equipment

  • Fit bearings, align gears and shafts, attach motors, connect couplings and belt, rebuild sheave trains, rebuild and service grips, and other lift related equipment all to manufactures specs.

  • Align and test equipment and make necessary adjustments.

  • Perform preventive and operational maintenance using the procedures recommended by the manufacture and developed within our department to meet regulatory and code requ...
