In your role as Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the payroll cycle is completed accurately and on time, reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager. You’ll perform data validation, resolve payroll discrepancies, and maintain confidentiality while serving as a mentor for new payroll staff. Your insights will contribute to improvements in payroll processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify accuracy of hourly payroll and find process improvements
• Conduct data validation on pay and deductions
• Manage payroll corrections and retroactive payments
• Lead training for new payroll team members
• Update payroll documentation and procedures
Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ relevant payroll experience
• Preferred PCP designation and system knowledge
