What is Expert Process Management?

The Expert Process Improvement is responsible for driving process excellence across Enterprise Solutions by evaluating, redesigning, and optimizing business processes to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance. The role combines process re‑engineering, workflow automation, system integration, and data analytics to deliver scalable and sustainable process improvements. The incumbent will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for digitization, implement best practices, and establish governance frameworks that support continuous improvement.

The role reports directly to the Stream Head Process Management.
