The Expert Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from initiation to completion. Project Manager works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

Main Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution 

·Develop the project plan, which includes the timeline, budget, and resource plans

·Execute the project plan, monitor project progress against the project plan and ensure project remains on scope, on time and on budget while ensuring the completeness and quality of all project deliverables

·Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path

·Prepare monthly project status reports and financial reports, including Year End Outlook (YEO)
