  • Develop and implement the Business Unit’s supply chain strategy, ensuring alignment with Division and Group objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize supply chain performance using key KPIs, driving efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Lead initiatives to simplify supply chain processes, enhance agility, and improve responsiveness to market demands.
  • Continuously improve material flows, inventory management, and working capital optimization to ensure supply chain excellence.
  • Act as the owner of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for the Business Unit, ensuring its effective implementation and continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including logistics partners and suppliers, to implement transport and logistics optimizations.
