Reporting to the Regional Manager , you will plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the maintenance & cleaning teams in a portfolio of residential buildings. Being the subject matter expert in pest control, mould, and asbestos remediation is a key responsibility of this position, along with ensuring renovation standardization and involvement in Northview’s Maintenance Warranty Program.
