Job Description

Oversee facility maintenance and day-to-day operations across multiple sites, including cleaning, repairs, preventive inspections, and safety compliance.Maintain clear and accurate reports on maintenance issues, repairs, and safety concerns for management review.Prepare facilities for seasonal weather changes and respond to emergencies such as flooding or equipment vendor relationships, schedule routine and emergency maintenance, and oversee waste management building safety and security across all locations.Coordinate construction projects, renovations, and space improvements as needed.Support the development and monitoring of facility and vehicle budgets, and provide recommendations for future operational needs, when needed.Provide assistance with fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, repairs, inspections, and registrations, when in assessing fleet needs and support funding applications for vehicle acquisition.Oversee mai...
