Job Description

Lufthansa Technik Milan is looking for you to join our team in Malpensa. We are seeking a proactive and structured Facility & IT Manager to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and reliable IT infrastructure within our aviation environment. 


Tasks

  • Lead and manage a team with direct reporting to the Managing Director

  • Responsible for facility management, including infrastructure, space planning, and coordination with airport authorities, suppliers, and stakeholders.Oversees expansion, renovation, and ensures compliance and aviation standards.Coordinates IT activities with HQ,supervises local projects and manages IT assets and infrastructure

  • Leads special projects, supports development and ensures discipline.Plans tasks, allocates resources, and monitors project timelines
