Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Facility Manager leads all aspects of the operational infrastructure and collaborates closely with production, intralogistics and external service providers. The manager ensures the facility's physical infrastructure and related systems are maintained and operated efficiently, overseeing all facility‑related operations for the newly constructed premix production plant in Chilliwack, BC.

Key facilities include dry and liquid premix production, advanced HVAC systems, and a fully automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) in the warehouse. The role supports production, quality, safety, and sustainability goals within a state‑of‑the‑art environment.
