Summary This position is a Facility Operations Specialist (Project Manager), working in Manteo, North Carolina for the National Park Service, National Parks of Eastern North Carolina. This position works with parks to identify and analyze facility problems or needs, gathering data and evaluating technical solutions to determine whether issues require quick fixes, operational adjustments, routine maintenance, or formal funded projects.
