Job Description

Drive operations and vendor management as a Facility Services Manager with BGIS. Oversee service processes, reporting, and compliance in this full-time role.
As a Facility Services Manager, you will handle day-to-day operations and collaborate with BGIS departments to maintain an integrated approach to building management. Your key responsibilities will include generating service requests, managing work orders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining financial oversight for vendor services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate work orders and dispatch to vendors
• Review and follow up on priority work orders
• Inspect and close out completed work orders
• Review vendor quotes and approve financials
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and vendors
Requirements:
• 3-5 years experience in Facility Management
