Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the plant finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Oversee and manage all cost accounting activities, including standard cost setting, overhead absorption, variance analysis (material, labor, overhead), and inventory valuation.
- Lead period close, including financial statement reviews for assigned legal entities, and prepare and present timely operational performance reports focused on key metrics such as factory utilization, scrap and rework, manufacturing overhead, and inventory turns.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations, covering CAPEX, OPEX, and COGS.
- Ensure adherence to corporate accounting policies and establish robust internal controls within manufacturing and supply chain processes, especially regarding inventory and fixed assets.
