Position Responsibilities

• Work closely with Case Managers, Disability Specialists and Associate Managers.
• Make follow‑up phone calls and/or send written communication to Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, medical professionals and vendors.
• Reach out to Plan Members by phone to complete functional telephone interviews.
