Your Opportunity
As a member of the Grief Support Program Clinical team, this position is responsible for the services of assessment, treatment and follow up to adults who are bereaved. This includes individual counseling and lead facilitation of grief support groups. You will also provide mentorship and supervision to volunteers and students, deliver educational sessions on grief, and participate in program planning related to the delivery of services by the Grief Support Program. The role requires specialized knowledge of grief, loss, trauma and bereavement, and the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of clinical counseling experience, preferably including facilitation of groups. You will work autonomously and as part of a highly collaborative team, and will be required to fulfil administrative work and processes in a timely, responsive, and detailed manner.
