Join the Napoleon Group as a Field Engineer & Trainer on the West Coast. This position combines technical expertise, hands-on training, and collaboration to enhance appliance performance and customer satisfaction.
This role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager and focuses on resolving technical issues while consulting on various products. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to recommend improvements, support R&D initiatives for field evaluations, and assist the sales team on large projects. Participation in installer training and developing technical communication resources are also key aspects.
