Salary: Circa £45,000 + Commission + Benefits (Company Car after 6 months)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm

This isn't a desk-based management role. You'll be out in the field alongside your team, leading from the front, coaching new starters, and winning new customers through face-to-face sales.
