As a **Field Service Engineer** , you will be responsible for the professional installation, maintenance, and customer education regarding Philips Healthcare equipment, with a focus on **hospital patient monitoring systems** . You will primarily operate with main focus on **East Denmark** , ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal system performance at hospital sites, with occasional travel throughout Denmark and to neighboring Nordic countries.
**Your Role:**
+ Execute service activities, including regular preventative maintenance, emergency service, fault finding, upgrades, and installations in accordance with Philips' quality standards.
+ Ensure the completeness and accuracy of service records, paying particular attention to test and inspection results.
+ Submit service data, job sheets, field problem reports, and other administrative tasks accurately and promptly.
+ Serve as a liaison between Philips and customers, addressing administrative and technical matters.
