Job Description

Soilmec SpA is looking for:

Field Service Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Foundation Equipment
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic, hardware, software, and communication interface issues
  • Collaborate with customers to understand technical problems and provide effective solutions to meet their needs
  • Assemble, install, and wire electrical systems on board the machine, including electrical panels and related connections
  • Verify correct installation using tools such as testers and multimeters
  • Assemble mechanical and hydraulic components
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Design Engineering, Product Management, and Quality Control, to resolve complex technical issues and provide feedback for product improvement
  • Deliver product training courses to customers and service partners to enhance their understanding and problem-solving capabilities
