Job Description
Become a key player as a Field Service Technician dedicated to vehicle repairs and maintenance. With a focus on maximizing uptime, your role will support fleets across British Columbia and Alberta.
You'll hold a valid Mechanics License for British Columbia, which allows you to carry out detailed diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Customer interaction is vital as you communicate service updates and troubleshooting processes while handling warranty and non-warranty issues. This position also involves working closely with the Customer Service Manager to prioritize client needs.
