Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and service customer tissue converting equipment and systems according to Valmet service procedures and safety processes
  • Set up machinery and provide prompt assistance to solve technical issues related to processes, machinery or tools
  • Carry out processes checks and quality control to improve product quality and propose improvement solutions to the customer
  • Perform scheduled maintenance on customer installations to ensure and optimise equipment performance
  • Proactively evaluate and suggest spare parts or improvements to the customer for equipment update
  • Carry out training to the customer’s site or in-house
  • Collaborate with the technical department for programming software and improve technical solutions
  • Ensure the achievement of predefined objectives guaranteeing customer satisfaction within the agreed timeline
