In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of finance and accounting operations in Poland, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with group standards. You will play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting business decision-making through analysis and reporting, and coordinating payroll-related processes in collaboration with internal and external partners. This is a hands-on and cross-functional role, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, improving processes, and operating in an international environment.
