JOB PURPOSE

The Finance & Fleet Manager plays a critical, cross‑functional role combining strategic financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with the comprehensive management of the company’s equipment fleet. This position is responsible for driving profitability and operational excellence by managing the equipment lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance coordination, and disposition, while owning the financial models, accounting oversight, and data analytics that support these assets.

Acting as a key partner to the Operations and Finance teams, this role ensures the fleet is financially optimized, well‑matched to market demand, and backed by strong, collaborative vendor relationships.
