**Beskrivelse**:** Job Summary**: We are seeking an operational and business-oriented Finance Director to lead the financial function and contribute to the company's further development.
- Overall responsibility for the company's finance, procurement, and accounting functions (including accounting, tax, fees, and liquidity management)
- Overall responsibility for financial reporting (including monthly/quarterly reporting, year-end closing, and annual accounts)
- Development of business plans, financial models, analysis, KPIs, budget, forecasts, and forecasting
- Support the efficient and digitalization of financial reporting, routines, and processes
- Support the acquisition and implementation of a new ERP system as needed
- Involved in strategic processes and projects related to business development, growth strategy, value assessments, acquisitions, and establishing new customers, in collaboration with the management group
