Job Description
- Preparation and submission of financial reports, including FRP, P&L, monthly and 3-month projected Cash Flow, and monthly Cash Position
- Preparation, calculation, and filing of local taxes
- Submission of fiscal information and follow-up on tax and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of Payment Requests (internal report detailing all monthly payments)
- Recording of costs, expenses, and payments in Dynamics (or similar ERP systems)
- Management and control of reimbursements
- Accounts Payable administration
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Financial analysis and recommendations to optimize investments
- Preparation of monthly financial statements and reports for management and third parties
- Negotiation and relationship management with banks
- Supervision and oversight of the junior accountant's tasks
