Purpose

As Manager Finance, RPUL (Retail Payments & Unsecured Lending) Expense Management, you will work closely with business partners and a diverse set of stakeholders providing FP&A support and delivering strategic advice that solves business/reporting challenges. The successful candidate is responsible for managing and coordinating the FTE (full time equivalent) staffing & expense forecast and budget cycles, and for providing insights and analysis that support expense management capabilities. In fostering relationships with business partners, the Manager will focus on fully understanding business drivers and the underlying financial results, while relentlessly pursuing value generating insights. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Finance, the Manager is responsible for transparent communication of financial results and analysis and all forecasting and budgeting related activities to the RPUL Business.
