Job Purpose

Financial Analyst supports operational and financial effectiveness by analyzing results, preparing reports, and providing insightful explanations for quarter‑end earnings, Forecasts and Plan deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly operating variances and summarize key business metrics, comparing actual results to Forecasts and Plans.
• Develop and maintain reports to assess historical expense performance and project future outcomes for planning/forecast cycles.
• Prepare and distribute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in financial, accounting, and data quality.
• Utilize software tools such as Excel, PowerBI, and other databases to compile, manipulate, and format data.
