Overview

We are currently seeking an individual to work alongside two of the principals within Avison Young Edmonton’s Capital Markets & Land Sales division. This individual is an intelligent, assertive, and ambitious person who wants a long‑term successful, dynamic career on a commercial real‑estate investment sales team. The expectation for this position is that the successful candidate joins as a financial analyst and takes on increasing deal‑related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Underwriting commercial real estate investment deals (industrial, retail, office, hotel and development properties)
• Analyzing investment returns, yield metrics, scenario analyses, and profitability of commercial real estate investments
• Preparation of Confidential Information Memorandums, pitchbooks, listing proposals, brochures and other marketing material as needed
