Position Summary

The Finance Analyst is responsible for developing and presenting complex financial models pertaining to real estate acquisitions, development, funds and investor distributions. This position communicates the models and their findings to members of the Executive team, Real Estate, and other members of upper-level management, assisting with identifying the most strategic approach to achieving portfolio optimization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and present complex real estate acquisition, development, fund and investor distribution models, making recommendations as needed.
• Research and underwrite acquisition and disposition opportunities in several different markets across the United States to ensure that opportunities strengthen and optimize company’s partnerships.
