Mission

• Supervise and support the daily work of the accounting team
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards
• Conduct financial analyses (costing, inventory, margins, variances, profitability)
• Participate in the development of budgets and forecasts
• Manage cash flow and ensure proper end‑of‑period entries
• Coordinate annual audits
• Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes, including through automation tools
• Develop performance indicators and dashboards
• Perform any other related tasks

Your profile

• University degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME
• Member of the CPA Order
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of the manufacturing sector (an asset)
