Financial Controller → Head of Finance (Growth Role)
Budapest | Regional scope (CEE) | Onsite A growing renewable energy company based in Budapest with operations across Romania, North Macedonia, and Bosnia, is looking for a Financial Controller / Head of Finance.
The team in Budapest is lean, so this is a highly hands-on role—ideal for a strong Financial Controller ready to step up into a broader Head of Finance position with regional exposure and real impact.
Responsibilities:
Run day-to-day finance (payments, payroll, banking) Manage cash flow, forecasting, and treasury Handle IFRS reporting and support consolidation Oversee reporting across several entities Manage intercompany activities and internal financing Work closely with management on ongoing business needs
Profile:
Financial Controller experience (multi-entity / international – an advantage) Good IFRS knowledge Comfortable working hands-on in a small team Experience with cash flow / treasury – a plus...
