Job Description
- Oversee financial controlling activities across Europe and neighboring markets
- Supervise accounting teams, including Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monitor credit management, collections, and invoicing processes
- Ensure accurate financial reporting including monthly closings and KPIs
- Analyze performance vs. budget, forecast, and historical benchmarks
- Lead budgeting cycles and cash flow forecasting (short-term liquidity)
- Define and enforce internal controls, compliance, and audit procedures
- Manage tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner closely with senior leadership on financial strategy
- Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes (SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
