Our client, a manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations. The Controller will play a key role in financial planning and reporting. Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department. Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department heads to establish financial targets and monitor performance against goals.
