Okotoks Nissan is seeking an operational leader to oversee our Service and Parts departments as a Fixed Operations Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Fixed Operations Manager will be accountable for operational discipline, leadership development, and continuous improvement amongst our teams.

The successful candidate will be expected to quickly understand the business, gain the trust of an experienced team, and lead through influence, structure, and accountability.
