Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer

Reporting directly to the Mill Manager, the Fixed Plant Reliability Engineer is responsible for leading the development of maintenance strategy and continual improvement. Maintenance Readiness

• Lead a Reliability, Availability and Maintainability study prior to mill commissioning


• Identify and ensure acquisition of critical spare parts


• Define critical risk registry


• Execute projects aimed at improving mill availability during ramp‑up


• Ownership of the fixed plant asset management program

Continual Improvement

• Development and ownership of improvement pipeline for performance and asset management
