Flavourist II

We are looking for a qualified Flavourist II to report to the Creation Manager and work onsite in Bogota.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the creation of new flavours meets the needs of our regional customers to maintain a leadership position and expected growth.
• Implement programs on new technologies to keep our company at the forefront of changes in the food industry.
• Ensure that the established growth targets for the creations area are met and win rates are achieved.
• Implement the activities of the creations manager to ensure smooth processes in the creations area.
• Participate in EHS management system activities to strengthen safety performance and health at work.
• Exercise authority to stop activities that may create hazards to personal health and/or safety or that of co‑workers.
