Responsible for the daily management of the self-operated fleet and accountable for the fleet's daily KPIs.
Oversee fleet safety, cost control, and the development of operational standards; establish and maintain a comprehensive control system for the fleet.
Handle recruitment, training, and professional skill enhancement for fleet personnel; refine operational procedures within the self-operated system.
Define requirements for the fleet management system's capability development and utilize system tools to improve on-site operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Management or related fields is preferred.
5+ years of fleet management experience; proficient in daily fleet operations and policy formulation.
