Job Title: Fleet Support Center Engineer
Purpose of the Job:
Provide real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service of locomotives
Monitor locomotives systems remotely and respond promptly to operational anomalies
Coordinate with traffic control and fleet management to manage locomoties availability and service recovery
