Job Description

Shape your future in human resources with a flexible part-time HR Generalist role at Rentsync. You'll provide critical support in recruitment and HR administration.
This 20-hour role allows you to collaborate closely with the HR Manager while handling key HR functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations support. Candidates across Canada are encouraged to apply, especially those able to visit Rentsync's St. Catharines or Toronto offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and post job advertisements effectively
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and assist with payroll preparation
• Provide employee relations support for inquiries

Requirements:
