Folding/Setting Operator Location: Castlebar, Co. Mayo At Multi-Color Corporation, Castlebar (MCC), we are currently seeking a Folding/Setting Operator to join our team. This position is on a rotating 2-cycle shift pattern or night shift pattern. Key Responsibilities Include: Operating various format folding machines, completing machine change overs and troubleshooting, working with various glue systems across machines, following safety procedure and quality SOPs, and ensuring customer specifications are met. Requirements: Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy, effective communication skills, ability to read, understand and follow written instructions, good English (written and oral), and the ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Minimum qualification of Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
