THE ROLE
As the Senior Sous Chef, Commissary, you will:
Support with leading a high-performing Food & Beverage team
Support with curating a highly engaging, fun, and shareable product assortment
Prepare an exceptional product offering
Uphold the standards of operational excellence in the kitchen
Support with ensuring we have the best-in-class equipment for preparation and service
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Senior Sous Chef, Commissary, has:
Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:
Food Safety Certification an asset
Red Seal Certification, OHFA, an asset
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
