Role Purpose Statement

Seeking an outgoing candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, food production environment and enjoys managing a group of employees that are focused on delivering a quality product to our customers. Additionally, this candidate needs to monitor and engage employees in all safety & performance initiatives.

Main Accountabilities

Supervisor Responsibility

• Supervisor personnel to ensure food is produced and assembled in accordance with FDA, USDA, HACCP specifications.

• Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely.

• Maintain knife log and ensure compliance with Knife Policy

• Conduct daily work group meetings.
• Schedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets.
