**Forklift Operator – Afternoon Shift**

**About the Role**

We’re hiring a **Forklift Operator** to join a fast-paced cross-dock team. If you’re experienced, hands-on, and thrive in a busy dock environment—this is a great opportunity to get in with a growing, stable company.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

+ Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers
+ Organize and build city loads with accurate freight counts
+ Stage, cube, and place freight correctly on the dock
+ Operate a forklift (sit-down) safely and efficiently
+ Use RF scanners to track shipments
+ Follow dispatcher direction and support daily dock operations
+ Complete pre-trip inspections and maintain a clean work area

**What We’re Looking For**

✅ 2+ years of forklift experience in a cross-dock or warehouse
