**Job Title: Forklift Operator – Shipping and Receiving**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced less-than-truckload (LTL) environment. You will operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts to handle a wide variety of inventory, use RF scanners to manage stock accurately, and ensure safe and efficient movement of goods throughout the facility.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily shipping and receiving activities, including loading and unloading trailers and trucks.
+ Operate sit-down and stand-up counterbalance forklifts for 100% of the shift to move, stack, and organize materials.
+ Use RF scanners to accurately enter, track, and verify inventory in the system.
+ Handle a wide range of inventory types, including palletized and non-palletized products, and safely manipulate them with the forklift.
