About the Position:

The Procurement Agent is responsible for ensuring procurement compliance, controlling stock, maintaining supplier performance, communicating in English, sourcing interconnection suppliers, negotiating quotes and prices, and keeping the MRP system updated.

• Obtaining goods and services on time.
• Preparing book orders and sending them to suppliers.
• Creating purchase orders and tracking material until receipt in the warehouse.
