This position serves as the crucial link between the office and our field operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, enjoys a fast-paced work environment, and is extremely organized.

Your core responsibilities:

• Accurately review, validate timesheets and work activities from the worksites, and process invoicing
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure work activities are accurately coded and approved before submission
• Invoice clients and update builder portals to ensure invoices match purchase orders
• Track builder invoices and purchase orders and resolve discrepancies with clients.
