Role Purpose

The International FP&A; and Business intelligence Analyst is a pivotal role within the international finance function, designed to bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy. The primary objective of this role is to standardize and automate international reporting workflows, ensuring that leadership across the region has access to real-time, high-fidelity insights to drive decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Governance: Oversee the end‑to‑end preparation and delivery of monthly and quarterly financial report cycles. Ensure all outputs maintain strict alignment with both international regulatory requirements and internal organizational standards.
• Process Optimization & Automation: Identify inefficiencies in legacy financial workflows. Lead the effort to standardize, improve, and automate repetitive tasks to increase team capacity and data accuracy.
