About the Role
Are you a strategic Farmer who also loves the art of Hunting? At DiDi, we are building a brand-new business model for the mobility industry in Mexico, and we need a Franchise Business Developer to be the engine of this expansion.
In this role, you won’t just be selling; you will be an architect of growth. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and scale franchise partners who manage driver communities. You will act as a business consultant, helping your partners grow from 0 to 100 while ensuring the highest operational standards.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Hunting: Actively prospect and close deals with new high-potential franchise partners (SMEs, fleet owners, or entrepreneurs).
Business Farming: Once a partner is onboarded, you’ll lead their growth. You'll help them optimize costs, improve recruitment, and scale their operations.
