LEON'S FURNITURE IS NOW HIRING A FRANCHISE OPERATIONS LEAD

Reports to: National Franchise Manager

Basic Function : Optimize overall operations while assisting in expanding the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Franchises with ongoing training and support, as needed.
• Aid in the creation of system projects that affect franchise stores to ensure proper clarification for training purposes.
• Ability to network and build rapport with current franchisees via phone or email communication.
• Work with various corporate departments within Home Office, including Systems, Network, Desktop, IT, HR, Marketing, Merchandising as needed and in preparation for franchise store system conversions to the corporate database as well as new Franchise store openings.
